b) Add the selected product(s) to your shopping cart.
c) Once all desired products are in the cart, click on "View Cart." Here, you can review your order, change item quantities, add or remove products, and proceed to checkout.
d) If you are ordering memorial glass, cremation jewelry, or laser engravings containing cremation ashes, please include the deceased's full name and birth/death date in the order notes.
e) After reviewing your order, fill in the required details and submit your order.
f) Placing an order is binding.
a) We deliver products only to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland. If you would like to place an order for delivery to another country, please contact us at tereza.nemeckova@memorycrystal.cz.
b) Orders are shipped either to your end customer's delivery address or to the funeral home you specify. Please ensure that the funeral home is informed about the delivery in advance.

e) An invoice for your order will be issued by Memory Crystal s.r.o. according to the prices listed in our online store.
a) We are confident in offering only the highest quality products. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, they may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
b) The right to return applies only to unused standard products. Personalized and custom-made products (such as memorial glass and jewelry containing cremation ashes) cannot be returned.
c) If the delivered package is visibly damaged, which may indicate damage or loss of the product, do not accept the shipment. If you do accept the package, ensure that the courier signs a damage report.
d) Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or visibly used, a reduced refund or refusal of refund may apply.
a) Some products may not be immediately available at the time of ordering, and restocking may take longer. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.
b) Memorial glass and glass urns are handcrafted. Each piece is unique, so the final product may slightly differ from the images in our online store. However, the shape remains the same.
c) The production time for handcrafted items can be 5-7 weeks.
a) According to EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return unused standard products within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
b) To exercise this right, please return the product along with a copy of the invoice and a written statement confirming the withdrawal from the purchase contract.
c) The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, such as memorial glass containing cremation ashes, as these are unique and made to order.
d) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
a) Personal data required for processing online orders will only be used for communication between the store operator, the selected funeral home (if applicable), and the customer.
