Delivery and Payments
Delivery:
- Orders are shipped via GLS courier, with Itella as our delivery partner in the Baltic countries.
- Our years of experience have allowed us to perfect the packaging of glass products to ensure safe worldwide delivery. However, if an item is damaged during transport, we will replace the damaged unit.
- It is necessary to document the damage and report it to our company in a timely manner.
- If the product is unique (e.g., contains cremation ashes or another irreplaceable component), we will recreate the item, but production will take approximately 5-7 weeks again.
- Based on our experience, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 days.
Payments:
- All orders must be paid in advance based on a proforma invoice. After placing an order, please wait until you receive the invoice for payment.
- Production of the ordered items will only begin after 100% of the proforma invoice amount has been received.
- If the order includes a product containing cremation ashes, the ashes should be sent to us as soon as possible.
- Once the product is completed, you will receive a tax invoice for the paid amount.

- Wholesale customers registered in an EU country may purchase products without VAT (reverse charge) after receiving our confirmation. In such cases, a corresponding discount will be applied to the prices listed for end consumers on this website.
