The portrait and text are engraved inside the glass block using a special laser technique. Photo Requirements:
- The person or pet in the photo must be fully visible, without any objects obstructing their face or body.
- Our laser engraving captures fine details, so a sharp, high-resolution photo (minimum 800×800 px) in PNG or JPG format ensures the best result.
- Before production, we will provide you with a graphic preview created by our designer for your approval. The first revision is free of charge.
It is not necessary to have only cremation ashes to make this product. We can also cremate, for example, human hair or animal hair in our glassworks, which we then seal into this heart-shaped glass crystal.
