Courier Services: Orders are shipped via Itella, Omniva, Venipak, or Lithuanian Post as our official delivery partner for the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) and Finland.
Safe Packaging: With years of experience in shipping fragile glass, we have perfected our packaging methods to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transport, we will replace it.
Damage Protocol: It is mandatory to document any damage immediately. Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the box is visibly damaged, please ensure the courier signs a damage report. Notify us and send photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours.
Unique Items: If the damaged product is a unique piece (e.g., contains cremation ashes), we will recreate the item. Please note that the standard production time of 5–7 weeks will apply again.
Estimated Transit Time: Once the order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Advance Payment: Since all products are either handcrafted or personalized, we require 100% payment in advance based on a proforma invoice.
Process: After you send your order via email, please wait for our confirmation. We will then send you a proforma invoice with all payment details.
Production Start: The production of your items (or processing of your order) begins only after the full amount has been credited to our bank account.
Cremation Ashes: If your order includes personalized memorial glass, please send the required amount of cremation ashes to our address as soon as possible after payment.
Final Invoice: A final tax invoice will be issued and sent to you electronically once the order is completed and dispatched.

VAT Exemption: Business customers registered for VAT in an EU country (outside the Czech Republic) are eligible for VAT-exempt purchases (reverse charge system).
Verification: Please provide your valid VAT ID in your initial email order.
Pricing: Once your VAT status is verified, the VAT will be deducted from the final price. The prices listed in our online catalogue are for end consumers and include VAT.
