Terms of Trade

I. Purchase Process

a) Choose the product(s) you are interested in from our online store.

b) Add the selected products to the cart.

c) Once all items you are interested in are added to the cart, click on the “View Cart” button. Here, you can see a summary of your order, modify the quantity of products, add or remove items, or proceed to checkout.

d) If you are ordering "memorial glass, cremation jewelry, See You jewelry, or lasers" with sealed ashes, please provide the deceased's name, surname, and date in the order note.

e) After reviewing your order, fill in the required information and submit your order.

f) The order placed is binding.

II. Delivery and Payment

a) Goods are usually delivered to the billing address you provided or to the address of your funeral home specified in the order. The funeral home must be informed of this process by you.

Payments can be made in cash at the funeral home or as per the agreement with the funeral home. Delivery to the funeral home is subject to a fee.

Payments can also be made directly to Memory Crystal s.r.o. in cash, by cash on delivery, or by bank transfer. Delivery to your billing address is subject to a fee.

a) Invoices for goods are issued by Memory Crystal s.r.o. based on the prices listed in our online store.

b) Invoices for goods are issued by the funeral home based on the prices listed in our online store.

c) In case of an order for animal products, the goods will be sent to the customer's address on cash on delivery.

III. Product Guarantees

a) We believe in offering only the highest quality products. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, they can return them within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. The full price of the product will be refunded to their account (shipping costs are non-refundable). This guarantee applies to all forms of purchase, including personal pick-up.

b) If a cash-on-delivery package arrives visibly damaged, suggesting that the goods may be missing or damaged, do not accept the package. If accepted, have the delivery person or post office sign a complaint protocol.

IV. Changes in Availability

a) Some products may no longer be in stock at the time of ordering, and their restocking may take longer. In such cases, we will contact you with a solution.

b) Memorial glass and glass urns are handmade. Their design is always unique, so the product’s decoration may differ slightly from the image shown in the online store (this does not apply to the shape).

V. Withdrawal from the Contract

The online store www.memoryurnas.lv, www.memorurnid.ee, www.memoryurnos.lt provides the consumer with a 14-day withdrawal period according to Section 1831 of the Civil Code, allowing them to return goods without stating a reason.

If you choose to exercise this option, please send the goods back along with a copy of the invoice and a letter stating that you are withdrawing from the contract.

The withdrawal can be made via email.

If the returned goods are incomplete, damaged, or visibly worn, we will claim compensation from the buyer. Goods sent back as cash on delivery will not be accepted.

However, according to Section 1837 d of the Civil Code, the consumer cannot withdraw from the contract for goods customized according to the consumer's wishes or made specifically for them (custom-made products). Memorial items with cremation ashes always have a unique design, which may slightly differ from the images shown.

VI. Data Security

Data required for ordering products online will only be used for communication between the store operator, your funeral home, and the customer. These data will not be shared with third parties outside of the store operator and your funeral home.
